C programs source code - Decoder - BS Source

Anyone know how to write up C programming source code for finding X and Y quadrants based on coordinates?

The user enters a coordinate and then the C source code program will give the quadrant that the coordinate is in. I need help writing up the C source code or if you know a website that has it. Thanks.

I'll give you a big clue: This program consists of three parts:

1. Get the input from the user.
