Three top executives of Reliance Telecom Limited (RTL) on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court challenging the framing of charges against them by the CBI special court in the 2G spectrum allocation case.
Taking their petitions on record, Justice V.K. Shali asked counsel for Gautam Doshi, Hari Nair and Surendera Piapara to file a synopsis of the charge framing order as the special's court order was very long.
